What can you do with My Account?
- Check order process
- Check the history of orders
- Print invoices of orders
When you make a purchase, an account has been created automatically with your details which will be stored for 2 years. An in-active account will be deleted automatically if remain inactive for over 2 years.
When your account is created automatically during check-out, the password is randomly generated by the system.
To access your account, use Forgot Password feature and insert your email address when you made your purchase and check-out. Then, you may log in to your account, set a new password, etc.
Is My Information Safe and Stay Private?
Your password is encrypted where our system admin cannot review it at all. If you have lost your password, you may need to use Forget Password function to retrieve it. We cannot see your password.
Your check-out info is stored with a time limit for the purpose of processing the order and for order follow-up and checking. No information will be passed to anyone, including our management and staff.
You will not receive any newsletter, marketing info, etc from us unless you subscribe to Newsletter, which is a separate system to your account. You have the absolute rights to choose if you want a news update or not by subscribing to our newsletter.
Accessing My Account
There is no login button on our website menu for security reasons. If you want to log in, click My Account > Account Profile, and you will be redirected to your account login page.
